Steven has over 30 years' experience of management, leadership and coaching. In 1996 he co-founded Garrison Continuity, which became the UK's leading business continuity management consultancy, specialising in risk management, business continuity and crisis management.
Over the last seven years, Steven has been Managing Director of a specialist tax and accounting firm, leading the firm through its scale-up from a small High Street practice to a top-100 accounting firm. Steven stepped down from this role in March 2020 to focus on coaching business leaders, helping them to develop and practise their leadership, communication and team building skills.
Daniela is a multiple award-winning trainer and coach, recognised internationally for her support of researchers, academics, and other professionals in Higher Education. Using her workplace experience, gained in some of the most highly regarded universities in the world, Daniela develops and delivers specialist development coaching and training programmes for individuals and teams to enhance their performance. As well as being an accredited Resilient Leaders Elements (RLE) consultant, she is also qualified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) and an experienced organisational development consultant.

Sharon has twenty-five years' corporate experience of communication, commercial, project and operational management in blue chip companies. The last fifteen years of her work has related specifically to communication, change, transition and performance improvement, where she switches easily between developing strategy with senior leaders, implementing plans with operational teams and all points in between.
A naturally creative and analytical thinker, with a strong focus on results, Sharon is able to translate organisational needs into pragmatic, actionable plans and she constantly looks for ways to simplify structures and processes to optimise performance opportunities.
